Oh noooo, it’s time to go home!?! .. well I’m ehh kind of home right now.. But I had no time to write another post, cause I was enjoying Ireland too much! haha. Alright, so I stayed at this Hostel called “Browns Hostel” it was really cool. The staff was not really welcoming to the new guests though, they did not tell you what to do and how things work. That was really bad. Because this was my first time in a hostel. So then I went to my room to drop my bags off and saw that my bed was still dirty.. of course I went to the reception and complained about it. After a couple hours they still didn’t do anything about it, so I did it myself and complained again! But I kept smiling, that’s how you win the war! The first night was not that bad, but lots of people went to party. I’m glad I’m a good sleeper, because lots of people were as loud as they could be. Then in the morning, I figured I could get a shower. I don’t even want to talk about that. It was freaking disgusting, I’m serious. I didn’t shave for a week, just because I was scared to get infected with weird Irish diseases haha.

Further then that it was really cool. Ireland is a beautiful country and there’s lots to do! The only thing was that a lot of people were getting sick in that hostel and I thought I would not get it.. at least that was my goal. And I didn’t.. until the day I went home. I started couching and my throat started to hurt. The next day I felt not good at all. Haha. But now it’s all good. Feeling good and I have really good thoughts back about Ireland. Dublin, Ireland here I come!

OK – So yesterday I went to Kings Cross Station to get my tickets for my trip to Dublin, Ireland. I was trying to get it booked online. But it did not work. So I just went to the station.

Amazingly the trip has only cost me 30 pounds. Which is equal to 33.3652475 Euros and 49.13700 U.S. dollars. What I got for it; The Train, Boat and Bus tickets. So all the way from Euston, London to Dublin, Ireland. (Connolly Station) Which is like an 8 and half hour trip!

At this moment I’m sitting in the train from Euston, London to Hollyhead. That’s where I will get on the Fairy to Dublin.

It’s pretty cool they have Free T-Mobile WiFi available in the train. Most people will be sitting here for +/- 3 hours or something. Like me. So this way it makes it easier to just kill that time.

Wales? London? Dublin!

Alright, I know I have not updated my posts quite a lot.. since I left.. actually I did not at all.. haha. But to get you up-to-date. I went to Wales to meet my aunt. I stayed there for 15 days and helped her out. (Left August 27th) Now i’m in London, which is great! It’s pretty amazing out here. And it’s great to meet my second cousin! Today was my 4th day in London. I have seen lots of stuff. But my cousin and her boyfriend are really busy with work. So I have to keep myself entertained.. which is no problem of course! haha.

So now i’m thinking to head up to Ireland for a while. To visit Dublin. Should be pretty sweet. So yeah.. I don’t know yet when I’m leaving though. But I have been looking on the web for some hostels.. and I have found some pretty good ones for a nice price. Inclusive breakfast =] yum.

Hey Hey Hey Peoples!! This month did not start very successful for me, like you’ve read in my last post. But now, it’s actually getting better! I’m going to visit my aunt in England for a while. And I’m really excited about that. I’m going to stay there a month for sure. So I hope the college answers my letters before I leave to England. If not, I have to figure out something. But it will be OK.

Right now I’m looking at websites for fly tickets. I’ve called KLM – Dutch Airlines already. But it felt they were going to screw me over with the price. So I said I would book the ticket on their website. haha. lol. Later on I was looking at this Expedia.nl and they were expensive too! So I was going to see what some American Airlines had to offer, and I went to Expedia.com there I found out it was cheaper to buy at Expedia.com then Expedia.nl… Make sense? I think it’s weird.. But it saves me about 100 euros to buy it there..

I don’t know if I’ve mentioned, But I don’t have to work anymore. We figured out that I was making way to much overtime for my contract. So my boss said that I could stop earlier then expected. So now, I’m just chilling a little bit and still making money.. Love it! haha. I went to the beach with my brothers and that was really neat. I did got sunburned though.. but that was something I can live with!

yeahh.. soo… this month did not go as expected. I thought this month were going to be great. But bad stuff happened.

To start off with, I lost my phone. Which was like really really expensive.. Then my home server crashed and I couln’t get it back to start up. My backup for my server was like nothing.. so that did not go easy either. Normally I can just use the backup to get my server fixed. But now I need a fresh new install.

Then finally I got off work, so I walked towards my bicycle and saw that both tires were empty. Like my week couldn’t get any better.

It was just a bad week… I’m sure more people had the same.. so for those people; I’m sorry for you! haha. lol.

Let’s get ready for August.

It’s amazing how fast this month went by! I have been working 6 days a week, Making crazy hours.. But it was fun! and that’s what matters. So I still have to get my paper work done and send it in to PPCC. Will do that soon, in August.

I think I’m ready for August.. Then stuff will get a little easier. And hopefully my work schedule will be a little better. And ohh!! my birthday is coming up! The 24th of August I’ll be turning 19! yay!! haha.

Further then that I don’t really know what to say … Oh well! I do have a new project to work on. I’ll be making the new website of the company called “Flying Hammer Fabrication” located in Arizona. So that’s pretty sweet! I thought that would be a cool project to work on!

New Month — New Beginning.

Today it’s Wednesday July 1st. No work for me, so it has been a pretty good day already for me! haha. July and August are going to be crazy at work. This weekend all the kids get off school and start summer. So most families will start their vacation July 4th. They said in the news that most people in Holland stay in the country this year. Because of the economy crisis or something? lol? I think it’s bull.. But we don’t care. Hopefully our campsite will be full all time this summer. That gives us lots of work to do! Keeping busy is always good, makes the day go faster.

So I will be turning 19th on August 24th. I’m thinking of going to England with a friend of mine, to go see my aunt. She lives in Wales. Sounds like fun doesn’t? It’s just a plan though.. I’m looking into it and hope it’s really going to happen. hehe. Also, I’m still working on the paper work for PPCC (College in Colorado) I hope to have that all done in August too. Then I know for sure If I can get back or not. I have already sent in the online app. so I am going to do EMS (Emergency Medical Services).

Further then that, I have nothing to say. It’s just going to be a crazy summer this year!

Dutch Marine Promo Day

Hr. Ms Rotterdam (L800) — That’s the Marine Ship we were on today. It was pretty amazing how big those Marine ships can be. They picked us up with two cargo ships.. I can’t remember the name, but they pretty much use it to load heavy stuff on board. Those just go right in the back of the L800 .. really amazing. See the youtube movie I made here underneath.

After they dropped us off at the L800, we spend all day on board. We pretty much have seen almost everything on the ship, outside there was nothing but water.. haha. It was awesome! I can tell you what we all have done and seen, but its kind of boring if I typ it all here. Just go ahead and look at all the pictures I made with my Phone. Don’t blame me of the quality.. Like I said.. It was a phone…

To the Hospital

It was kind of hard to fall a sleep last night.. But I did sleep, so that’s good. This morning I woke up early because my mom called me. She said that I had to go to the hospital to take pictures of my leg. They found what have hit my leg. It was a big nail kind of looking thing. See picture.

So I went to the hospital, let them take a picture. And they told me there was nothing in. So I was relieved. haha.

Lawn Mowing Accident

Today my colleague (Vincent) and I worked outside on some camp fields on our campsite. We were both working really hard and tried to get it done on time. But then he came by with this big lawn mower a couple times, like we usually do.

I was doing the rakes and my face was the opposite way of the lawn mower. But then, I felt like someone punched me really hard with a wooden stick against my leg. So I turned around and I was pretty much jumping around, because it was hurting like a B^$%H. So then Vincent stopped the lawn mower and asked if I was OK. I told him my leg was hurting really bad.. So he looked down and I did too.. That’s when we saw I was bleeding pretty bad.

So he ran to the reception room to get the First Aid kit. Got me hooked up with some nice bandage crepe and then my other colleague a.k.a. Mom brought me to the doctor. Mr. Doctor gave me two sutures. One at the top and one at the bottom. First he looked if there was nothing in, and there wasn’t .. at least he said so. haha. The wound was/is pretty deep ~ about 3 cm (1.18110236 inch) and 1.5 cm wide (0.590551181 inch). He gave me a little paper to get some drugs against the bacteria.

So now, i’m just sitting here… my leg feels stiff and it sucks! I’m sure i’ll sleep bad tonight. So leave me some comments to tell me how sorry you are!

This post is not for today’s May 3rd, It was supposed for May 1st. Haha. Yeah… I’m kind of slow… Work you know? .. So, on May 1st my brother went to work with my dad. My dad is a carpenter. One of my dad’s colleague’s which actually works at a crane company my dad works with came by, with his 1 million euro crane to do some stuff for work.. after he almost got done, he told my brother to go sit in the crane.. And he did. He could do some heavy lifting haha. Of course my brother was really excited to be in control of this heavy, expensive and 100 times bigger then him machine.

A man who killed six people and injured 13 in an attempt to kill members of the Dutch royal family died Friday, one day after the attack, according to media reports.

The suspect, a 38-year-old identified by Dutchmedia as Karst Tates, had been in critical condition since the attack during the Netherlands Queen’s Day holiday Thursday.

Dutch authorities said a military policeman also died of injuries he received when Tates smashed his car through police barricades and into a crowd of spectators.

Military police commander Lt. Gen. Dick van Putten said the officer became the sixth victim of the Tates’ attack.

Before his death Tates reportedly confessed to police that his actions were aimed at the royal family.

Tates rammed his car into the foot of a monument after mowing down people gathered for the annual royal procession in the central city of Apeldoorn. Until today, Seven people died… including the culprit.

Queensday assault in The Netherlands

During the Queensday celebration in Apeldoorn (NL) where the royal Dutch family would celebrate today’s Queensday, a car drove with high speed and rammed into a lot of people and crashed into a monument that was just outside the palace. At the moment of the accident the royal family just passed (in the open bus).

So far 5 people died, More than 14 people are wounded, some pretty bad. The Queensday celebrations in Apeldoorn are cancelled for the rest of the day.

It looks like the car (a Suzuki Swift) already rammed something else before he hit the momument outside the palace. It’s 100% sure that this was an assault to the members of the royal Dutch family.
